Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and self-driven individual with a passion for managing key accounts and driving growth? If you love being the go-to person for your portfolio of partner brands and are adept at fostering relationships, we want you as our Key Account Manager in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partner brands, addressing high-severity requests or escalations when necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with partner brands and activate various services to facilitate portfolio and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for content management, and digital marketing services.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to partner brands’ needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage all project matters and daily project management issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational sales or account management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
